Many important findings have been culled from the MES Database of over 45,000 managers. This graph shows the distribution of marketing knowledge scores based on the level of performance.
Top Performers (11% of the MES database) have levels of marketing knowledge well above the MES Marketing Excellence benchmark score of 100. At the other extreme, the 7% classified as "Don't Know" have more wrong than right in their inventory of marketing knowledge.
