Job Functions

  • Senior Managers have consistently produced higher levels of marketing knowledge and marketing attitudes than all other job functions.
  • Marketing Managers, while second in marketing knowledge, are third in Marketing Attitudes.
  • Overall, those in Sales, Marketing Communications, and Customer Service perform much more poorly in both marketing knowledge and marketing attitudes than all other job functions.
