MES Post-Survey Teleconference

The MES Post-Survey Teleconference allows your management team to review the results and ask questions. While the results pinpoint performance gaps, the Teleconference allows for a discussion of what these gaps mean and how they might be addressed.

The teleconference is typically scheduled one to two weeks after the delivery of the Benchmark Report. This PowerPoint presentation is sent electronically to your company approximately one week prior to the call.

The purpose of this teleconference is to provide an opportunity to review the results with top management, answer questions, and facilitate a discussion of "Next Steps" based on the performance gaps identified. This teleconference generally includes three to seven managers and lasts one hour.
