Following the delivery of the Benchmark Report, a Teleconference is scheduled.
The Teleconference generally includes several key managers from your company in a review of important results and proposed recommendations.
The Teleconference also includes a discussion of best practices used to implement the MES recommendations.
Phase IV occurs at your discretion and takes approximately one hour.
